1. Open/Create A Design
Go to the Canva website and then log in to your account using your credentials.
From the Canva homepage, look for the ‘Recent Designs’ section. This section contains all the projects on which you have worked in the past.
Click on the thumbnail of the design whose text you want to make transparent and it will open in the Canva editor.
2. Make Text Transparent
After getting redirected to the blank canvas, we can start by making the text transparent.

The text in front of you will become transparent.
b) Hollow Effect
You can also make your text transparent by using the hollow effect.
Firstly, click on the text that you want to make transparent. After highlighting your desired text, click on the ‘Effects’ button from the top toolbar.
Now a new menu will open on the left-hand side containing various effects such as pop, splice, outline, neon, etc.
Click on the ‘Hollow’ effect from the new menu. This effect will create an outline of the selected text.
After clicking on an effect, a ‘Thickness’ slider will appear below your selected effect. This slider will help you to increase or decrease the thickness of the applied effect.
